 | Set the Media Type to "High Resolution Paper". |
 | Click on the "Set.." button in the Paper Size box. |
 | Set the Width to 9.75" and the Height to 11.75" in the Save Custom
Size box. Yes, I know these aren't the real paper sizes; the odd settings are needed to
get the pre-printed borders on my pages to align properly. |
 | Drag the "?" icon to the Custom Sized Saved 1 docking location at the
right. |
 | Answer "OK". |
 | Click the "OK" button at the bottom. |
 | Click the Graphics tab in the Properties window. |
 | Set the Print Quality to "High". |
 | Click the green check mark in the "Fine" box. |
 | Set Color Model to "Monochrome". |
 | Set Print Mode to "Automatic". |
 | Click the "OK" button at the bottom of the Properties window. |
